DEAL 1: XAVIER, NEAR NORTH APARTMENTS

The pricing at this brand-new property is truly tough to beat. With two months free factored into the rental rates, convertible floor plans start at $1583 and one bedrooms apartments begin at $1917 for move-ins before March 1st. Once completed this spring, the sundeck promises to be one of Chicago’s coolest with gorgeous city views, an outdoor pool, cabanas, fire-pits, and barbeques. Xavier also has one bedroom plus den and two bedroom floor plans available now.

DEAL 2: HUBBARD PLACE, RIVER NORTH APARTMENTS

Between the high-end finishes and extensive amenities, these River North apartments never fail to impress. This past summer, Hubbard Place was nearly impossible to get into, due to high renewal rates and high demand. But now for a short window of time, the property is offering one month free. This concession brings the fabulous one bedroom apartments down to prices like $2318, which is a real steal.

DEAL 3: THE LOFTS AT RIVER EAST, STREETERVILLE APARTMENTS

The deals currently being offered by the Lofts at River East are extremely tempting. One bedroom pricing is now starting at $2100, and you can be the first to live in these luxury Streeterville lofts. From soft close drawers and cupboards to double vanity sinks, this property thought of everything. Embrace the riverside location and choose a unit facing south to get an apartment with NanaWall folding glass wall systems opening up to a balcony that sits right above the water. As an added bonus, the property is now offering 6 months of free parking in the attached garage.

DEAL 4:  JACKSON THROOP PLACE, WEST LOOP APARTMENTS

The West Loop’s popularity is growing so fast that developers can barely keep up. Fortunately, Jackson Throop Place is now pre-leasing for February and March moves. These boutique buildings offer condo-quality finishes, like crown molding, built-in closet storage and bamboo floors throughout. Each apartment comes with a private outdoor space and a reserved parking spot in the attached, heated garage. Jackson Throop Place has a variety of two bedroom floor plans currently available, starting at $2350. There are a couple one bedroom apartments, priced between $1900-$2200.

These are just four examples of some great pricing specials available right now for luxury Chicago apartments. Contact us for more information about these properties and other promotions.
