Aaron Galvin is the CEO and Founder of Luxury Living, an award-winning multifamily consulting, marketing, branding, and strategy real estate brokerage based in downtown Chicago.  

Over the last 14+ years, the firm has captured 35% of all new construction apartment leasing in downtown Chicago and has expanded to offer its leasing services throughout the Chicago suburbs. In total, Luxury Living has leased 18,000+ apartments, sold $150M+ in for-sale condos, and generated $5+ billion in value for multifamily developers and owners. Luxury Living is Chicago’s leading multifamily marketing and leasing company, having executed 45+ exclusive leasing assignments for Chicago’s most prominent developers and capital partners  

Day-to-day, Aaron oversees a talented team of marketing professionals, creative strategists and leasing and operations experts. Under Aaron’s leadership, the 50+ person company has been named to the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing companies on six occasions, been named a Financial Times fastest growing company in America, and been awarded numerous marketing and consulting awards from the Chicagoland Apartment Association (CAA) for their marketing and consulting work.    

Personally, Aaron was named the top-producing rental broker in downtown Chicago by the Chicago Association of Realtors for six years in a row and was named a 2019 Crain’s Notable Entrepreneur. He is a member of the CAA Multifamily Preview planning committee, Urban Land Institute, and Forbes Real Estate Council. Aaron is also an early-stage investor and advisory board contributor for a number of real estate technology companies.    

Aaron is a trusted expert in the multifamily industry and his thought leadership has appeared in The Wall Street Journal, Crain’s Chicago Business, The Chicago Tribune, NBC Nightly News, The Real Deal, Multifamily Executive, and numerous other outlets. 

A graduate of Miami University (OH), where Aaron studied public relations and marketing, Aaron’s passion has always been interacting with people and helping others achieve success.

An avid tennis player and cyclist, Galvin also loves to spend time with his wife Amy and their two daughters.
