When the Event is in 2019
This 4th annual event returns to Logan Square for a weekend full of fun. The festival takes place on Humboldt Boulevard between Armitage and Bloomindale/The 606 Trail.
Stop by between August 23rd through August 25th, but be sure to check online for the varying start and end times.
Previously this Logan Square event focused heavily on food trucks. While you will still be able to find a huge selection of delicious food trucks, this year’s social will feature an impressive array of live music. Enjoy everything from live DJs to local and national touring acts.
The social also hosts local restaurants and vendors throughout the weekend.

Along with the Logan Square Food Truck Festival, there are plenty of other fun events in the area.
Check out the Chicago Brewing District’s Dancing in the Streets on August 4th and 5th in West Town on Hubbard Street between Paulina and Wood. Although local brews are the main focus of the fest, you can also find live music, local food, and local artisans.
It is also worth it to clear your schedule for the Renegade Craft Fair. On September 8th and 9th Wicker Park will host Renegade Chicago’s largest event of the year right along Division Street. The fair will feature work from artists throughout the country, local DJs, workshops, art installations, food trucks, nonprofits, adult beverages, and more.
For some more art, head right up the street from Logan Square and stop by the Bucktown Arts Fest. From August 24th to 25th this annual event will take place across from Holstein Park. For over 30 years this festival has showcased hundreds of artists who work in oil, watercolor, photography, textile, sculpture, jewelry, and more.
