About Mark Ziemke

Mark Ziemke serves as the Director of Leasing Strategy for Luxury Living. He oversees all on-site leasing strategy execution, including ongoing release schedules, pricing, signage placement, model installations, and tour path planning.

In addition, he manages high-level relationships with developer clients, construction companies, and property management partners, as well as oversees pre-development consulting, which includes rent and PPSF forecasting, exhaustive comp studies, architectural floor plan review, and comprehensive development analysis.

Mark brings over 10 years of real estate experience, including three years as a top broker, two years as an on-site leasing agent during the lease-up of 500 Lake Shore, and most recently, launching over 35 properties over five years with Luxury Living Chicago. He uses his unique renter’s perspective ideology to create the perfect balance of understanding what the market needs while achieving the highest possible PPSF for our developer clients.

After spending the majority of his life in California, where he received his degree in Advertising from Chapman University in Orange, CA, he spent 10 years in advertising and marketing as a copywriter and interactive project manager before turning to real estate in Chicago. Mark has spent the last 12 years in Chicago with his wife, Amy.

I had never lived in Chicago before and was about a month into looking for an apartment when I came across Sam. He was so responsive, straight-forward and knowledgeable that I agreed to see a few places with him and within a week had found the perfect place. He was the most well organized, punctual and reliable people I’ve worked with and he was on top of the process to and through my lease signing. Will absolutely look to work with him if/when I’m ever in the market for real estate again.

I feel so fortunate I connected with Angel. From day 1, she was kind, knowledgeable and professional. She helped me put a list of properties in River North and scheduled all the showings. I’m moving to Chicago from another state so I had to fly for the weekend to see the apartments. Angel made the whole experience so easy: she picked me up at my hotel (which she kindly recommended), took me to all the showings which only took a few hours and by the end of the day I picked my place, applied and got approved within 48 hours. Looking for an apartment? Madeline Sears is your girl. From day one, Madeline’s poise and professionalism placated all of my fears about moving out of state. She provided well-researched leads and walked me through the nuances of each property and neighborhood I was looking it. When I met Madeline to see apartments in person, she kept a detailed diary of each one (the size, rent, pet deposits, etc.), so that I could focus on evaluating the space. She’s followed up to congratulate me and inform me that my lease went through, as well as make sure I’m taken care of. Truly a great experience. I’ve already recommended her to a coworker who is looking to move to Chicago. Highly recommend!

I spoke with Tristen at Luxury Living Chicago and he was able to be very communicative and helpful with my search for an apartment in Chicago. I’ve always done my apartment search on my own so this was a new experience for me. If you’re in a similar situation, then this review is for you! I was first contacted by Tristen, who took notes of what I was looking for and put together a list of options for me to look at shortly after. Tristen was very attentive, patient and helpful. It was awesome to work with him. On Thursday, I flew in for a day trip to go see the my top apartment choices that Tristen lined up. We started with a wildcard he added to our tour day and it was a gorgeous building. By the afternoon, I found the home that I’ll be living at for the next two years. It was an amazing experience and I’m very grateful for Tristen’s dedication to help me find a new home.
