After receiving her BFA in Acting from Boston University, Olivia began to seek out a career that would enable her to build relationships and engage with people around impactful and exciting moments in their lives. Olivia’s love of people, art, and Chicago’s vibrant food scene ultimately led her to pursue her broker’s license.
With all of the change that moving can bring, Olivia believes that her primary objective is to provide meaningful support, information, and guidance centered around her clients’ needs. Tours will be thoughtfully coordinated to ensure an enjoyable and efficient search; after all, finding your new home is exciting!
Outside of real estate, Olivia can be found trying out many of Chicago’s incredible restaurants, performing sketch comedy at some of Chicago’s classic stages, and snuggling up with her small orange cat named Bennett.
First Chicago Apartment
My first Chicago apartment was in Streeterville at Axis Apartments and Lofts. I remember being so excited to live in my first high-rise building. Three high-rises later and I’m still loving it!
Favorite Thing About Chicago
My favorite thing about Chicago is its unique ability to provide a big city feel while still maintaining the warmth and friendliness of the Midwest. I also need to give an honorable mention to the architecture, but I feel like that goes without saying.

I had never lived in Chicago before and was about a month into looking for an apartment when I came across Sam. He was so responsive, straight-forward and knowledgeable that I agreed to see a few places with him and within a week had found the perfect place. He was the most well organized, punctual and reliable people I’ve worked with and he was on top of the process to and through my lease signing. I feel so fortunate I connected with Angel. From day 1, she was kind, knowledgeable and professional. She helped me put a list of properties in River North and scheduled all the showings. I’m moving to Chicago from another state so I had to fly for the weekend to see the apartments. Angel made the whole experience so easy: she picked me up at my hotel (which she kindly recommended), took me to all the showings which only took a few hours and by the end of the day I picked my place, applied and got approved within 48 hours. Looking for an apartment? Madeline Sears is your girl. From day one, Madeline’s poise and professionalism placated all of my fears about moving out of state. She provided well-researched leads and walked me through the nuances of each property and neighborhood I was looking it. When I met Madeline to see apartments in person, she kept a detailed diary of each one (the size, rent, pet deposits, etc.), so that I could focus on evaluating the space. She’s followed up to congratulate me and inform me that my lease went through, as well as make sure I’m taken care of. Truly a great experience. I’ve already recommended her to a coworker who is looking to move to Chicago. Highly recommend!
I spoke with Tristen at Luxury Living Chicago and he was able to be very communicative and helpful with my search for an apartment in Chicago. Coming from out of state, it can be overwhelming without the assistance of someone to lend a hand — but Tristen was able to work with my schedule, set appointments and provide me with a list of apartments to review prior to setting a date for touring. On the date of touring, he was very responsive with the last minute schedule change I had to make, and able to provide such great insights according to what I needed for an apartment. I’ve always done my apartment search on my own so this was a new experience for me. If you’re in a similar situation, then this review is for you! I was first contacted by Tristen, who took notes of what I was looking for and put together a list of options for me to look at shortly after. Tristen was very attentive, patient and helpful. It was awesome to work with him. On Thursday, I flew in for a day trip to go see the my top apartment choices that Tristen lined up. We started with a wildcard he added to our tour day and it was a gorgeous building. By the afternoon, I found the home that I’ll be living at for the next two years. It was an amazing experience and I’m very grateful for Tristen’s dedication to help me find a new home.
