Born and raised along the Black Sea in the charming southern port city of Kherson, Ukraine, Yasia’s parents moved the family to the United States just prior to the annexation of Crimea by Russia in early 2014. They wanted to give their children the freedom to chart their own course and seek the kind of opportunities that matched their dreams and their personal desires for success. Yasia wasted no time in getting down to work.

Graduating from high school at the age of 17, she moved on her own to Chicago to begin shaping her own future. By the age of 18, she had her first real estate license and was actively representing renters, buyers and sellers in the larger Chicago metropolitan area. In no time she broadened her knowledge and skills into selling new construction, vacation homes, and investment properties, expanding her work to include South Haven, Michigan.

In 2020, Yasia decided to expand her ever-growing real estate business to Palm Beach County area and beyond. With a tropical energy that pulses through the palm-lined streets, this area is a hub of nightlife, entertainment, cultural attractions and is a pinnacle for recreation whether it be tennis, golf, fishing or equestrian.
