They buy directly from the people who are making coffee making it a partnership instead of a transaction. The coffee was originally available in grocery stores which grew the Stumptown following. Now, patrons can sit and enjoy freshly brewed Stumptown in Fulton Market.
Can’t decide on trying just one coffee brand? Fairgrounds Coffee & Tea plays host to multiple top brands and calls itself a roaster agnostic, providing grounds from an all-star cast of coffee. Some brands include Dark Matter Coffee, Verve from Los Angeles, Colectivo Coffee from Milwaukee, and Irving Farm Coffee Roasters from New York. This Chicago location is the first outside of the East Coast, where La Colombe has multiple locations from Philly to New York.
Sawada Coffee if a funky, rustic space that serves up creative and classic coffee drinks. This hip Fulton Market coffeehouse from renowned Japanese barista Hiroshi Sawada and Brendan Sodikoff.
