Baker Development Breaks Ground for ELEVATE Lincoln Park, Lincoln Avenue’s First Luxury Apartments
On November 1st, 2016 Baker Development hosted an official groundbreaking event for ELEVATE Lincoln Park at 930 W. Altgeld.
ELEVATE will be the newest edition to Lincoln Park and the first rental development built along Lincoln Avenue, although residents will have an exclusive entrance on Altgeld. Once completed, these Lincoln Park apartments will feature studios; convertibles; and one-, two- and three-bedroom units. Apartment amenities will include European style cabinetry, plank flooring, quartz countertops, and porcelain tile bathrooms. Residents of ELEVATE will have access to a host of building amenities including a rooftop pool, sundeck including grills, 24 hour fitness center and studio, private conference rooms and more.
Dan Slack of Baker Development kicked off the groundbreaking event by thanking the Wrightwood Neighbors Association and the Lincoln Park Chamber of Commerce for their support of this project. He also presented each community group, the financial partners and general contractor with a personalized shovel, as a symbol of appreciation for their support. DNAinfo and Curbed were present and shared coverage of this event. All attendees were invited to continue the celebration with drinks and appetizers at nearby Barn & Company following the ceremony.

ELEVATE Lincoln Park will bring a mixed-use 191-unit luxury apartment building, significant ground floor retail and a positive impact to the Lincoln Park community.
