As March Madness winds down, keep the excitement going by following the race for the most popular downtown Chicago neighborhood in 2015. The first step for most people beginning the search for a luxury Chicago apartment is choosing a neighborhood. Each Chicago neighborhood has its advantages, from restaurants to brand-new apartment buildings, so we’ve narrowed down the Elite Eight to the Final Four. River North apartments proved to be the most popular selection for our clients in 2014 and we have predicted them to go all the way again in 2015. Streeterville
Nestled between Lake Michigan and River North, Streeterville apartments offer access to the best parts of downtown Chicago- especially in the warmer months. Residents can easily walk to work, take advantage of the lakeshore path, or shop on Magnificent Mile.

West Loop
