The Official Grand Opening for One Oak Brook Commons
One Oak Brook Commons just recently hosted their official grand opening party! Many of the Oak Brook community members, building partners, and residents all joined together to celebrate the building’s launch earlier this year.

The grand opening at One Oak Brook Commons hosted a wide variety of events and food vendors, including a polo demonstration by Oak Brook Polo Club, live band at “The Pitch”, DJ in the resident lounge, and food and drinks from Fogo de Chao, Gibsons, Alter Brewing, and Crumbl cookies.
One Oak Brook Commons Surpasses 50% Leased
In addition to One Oak Brook Commons celebrating their grand opening, they also just recently surpassed their 50% leased milestone.
