Wolf Point West Now Pre-Leasing River North Apartments
Throughout the last year, many Chicagoans have watched the first, gleaming Wolf Point tower gradually rise on the west bend of the Chicago River. These luxury Chicago apartments at Wolf Point West are now pre-leasing for move dates starting in February 2016. At 343 Wolf Point Plaza, residents will be treated to high-end finishes, extensive amenities, and gorgeous views down the river.
Floor plans range from studios to three bedroom penthouses, with many choices in-between. Each unit features floor-to-ceiling windows, plank flooring, spacious closets, and full-size washer/dryer in-unit. The gourmet kitchens include white quartz counters, soft-close duotone cabinetry, glass backsplash, and stainless steel appliances. Many units also offer private balconies for residents to fully enjoy their waterfront views.
In addition to a brand-new fitness center, outdoor pool and hot tub, Wolf Point West will also have a sauna and steam room, business center and club room. Residents will be able to relax or entertain in the sky lounge or outside on the sky deck with outdoor kitchens, TVs, fire pit and lots of lounge seating. The building will include a cell phone reception booster system, package receiving, and a private dog spa and run.
Just over the river from The Loop, River Point West has an extremely convenient location for those who work downtown or need a quick walk to Union or Ogilvie Station. The CTA Brown Line is two blocks away and residents will have a variety of bars, restaurants and galleries to choose from. Starbucks and CVS are just around the corner and a Jewel-Osco grocery store is within easy walking distance.
