It’s the very last day of the year and we thought it would be fun to recap our 10 most popular blog posts in 2013.

10.) True Loft-Style Living at Vesta Lofts in Chicago’s South Loop Neighborhood – In August, Luxury Living Chicago was named the exclusive marketing and leasing partner for the Vesta Lofts property (125 East 21st Street) in the South Loop. Our team quickly pre-leased all 59 units in a 60 day period prior to occupancy.

Trends in Luxury Downtown Chicago Apartment Finishes – In 2013, a whole new crop of properties came online sporting the best finishes the Chicago apartment industry had seen to date – all hardwood floors, quartz stone in the kitchen and baths, energy-efficient appliances and larger closet space. 2013 was big for apartment style. Expect 2014 new Chicago apartments to be even more updated and sleeker!

8.) AMLI River North Chicago: The Building Everyone is Talking About – And they still are! AMLI River North was one of the top brand new apartment buildings to open in Chicago in 2013. Right in the heart of River North, this property has arguably the BEST location in downtown Chicago.
