EDITORS NOTE: This post was written in July 2014. Luxury Living Chicago no longer handles the leasing for this property.

We are excited to announce after just over a month of leasing at Riverview Terrace (2609 W Belmont) the building is 63% leased.

Move-ins at the new Avondale property began at the end of May and residents have been filling up the building since.

Many of the two bedroom tiers have sold out, but there are still units left at great prices. In an effort to provide a leasing experience with precision, Luxury Living Chicago will be unveiling two new models at the property next week.

We will also be holding an event to showcase the beautiful 2,000+ square foot duplex units that are priced starting at $3000 including a deeded parking spot.

Two bedroom units now start at $2100 for 1040-1200 square feet.

Leasing at the property is going extremely well. This property is truly unique to the area.

To schedule a showing, please visit riverviewterracechicago.com or call 773-231-5004.
