Wells Place’s Luxury South Loop Apartments Coming Soon to Printer’s Row
Construction on Wells Place is currently underway and will soon supply 42 new luxury apartments to the South Loop Printer’s Row neighborhood. This is the latest development by Michigan Avenue Real Estate Group, who has a track record of delivering exceptional apartment options.
Wells Place will offer a boutique condo-quality experience, featuring one and two bedroom floor plans. These South Loop apartments will have a strong emphasis on functional layouts and top interior finishes. Each apartment at Wells Place will also include a reserved parking space in the attached, heated garage.
Printer’s Row is one of Chicago’s relatively newer residential neighborhoods, and yet it boasts a long history in this city. Once known as the city’s bookmaking hub, Printer’s Row is defined by Congress to Polk and Plymouth to the Chicago River. In the late nineteenth century, the area was once home to Chicago’s printing and publishing industry, as well as the city’s main passenger train hub, Dearborn Street Station.
Wells Place is expected to begin pre-leasing in February 2017, with anticipated first move-ins for March 2017. With only 42 apartments, these apartments will rent fast, so be sure to sign up for updates to have the first opportunity for the spring season.
