See what our expert real estate brokers have to say about this brand new building in Lincoln Park!
Tristen Heimann: ELEVATE is providing one of the first true fully amenitized properties that’s nestled right in the middle of Lincoln Park. The developers, Baker Development, were very hands-on throughout the whole process to ensure that ELEVATE fits in the built vernacular with the traditional courtyard building, but with a modern 2018 twist. Also, the thick German engineered acoustical glass to mute the train noise is very impressive.
Jake Tasharski: My very first apartment was down the street from Lincoln and Kenmore. The building is in such a great location. The residents are going to love living down the street from Lincoln hall and so many good bars and restaurants at their fingertips. As for the building, the lobby is going to be unreal, unlike anything in the immediate area. The hallways are sophisticated yet understated and the units are rather accommodating, some with wall to wall windows to draw your eye out. With the building positioned at an angle, the units are granted unique vantage points. Even the low-level units on the neighborhood side have neat perspectives atop the trees and low lying buildings
Jill Scott: Location, location, location! The best and only full-amenity rental building in the neighborhood!
Sean Holland: ELEVATE has some great in-between layouts including 1bed + dens which have become more and more popular.
Lisa Malishkevich: I love how spacious the units are. The living spaces are noticeably large, and the 1 beds with dens are HUGE! The other wonderful thing is the interior courtyard views. The courtyard layout looks cool so far, and once spring comes, it will be beautiful! This is a unique feature for the neighborhood.
Riely Joosten: I’m excited about the location and the rooftop. This is the first new luxury rental building in Lincoln Park that is actually in the heart of the neighborhood. The views from the rooftop pool and gym look awesome.
Matthew Felcaro: The location is perfect – just a few blocks from grocery stores, public transportation, and good eats all around the area! The courtyard is nice, and I’m most excited about the rooftop pool with views of the Chicago skyline!
Julie Tuncsiper: It’s great to be able to live in a luxury high rise in Lincoln Park. Nice to be walking distance to public transportation, restaurants, etc. There are also great finishes and floor plans.
