The Broker Round Table Series focuses on a different luxury apartment property each week. Luxury Living Chicago Realty’s proficient team of brokers has 84 years of combined  experience in downtown Chicago’s luxury market. Since 2013, the team has rented 1500 apartments. The brokerage team provides best-in-class service for renters and buyers searching for a new home; each broker has a wealth of knowledge about every luxury property in downtown Chicago. The Broker Round Table series allows the team to play favorites and choose the best part of the week’s featured building.

Hubbard Place opened for occupancy in the fall of 2013, bringing a new level of luxury quality finishes to a previously quiet, residential corner of River North. The floor plans feature floor-to-ceiling windows with panoramic city views, rich grey hardwood flooring, and gourmet kitchens with Snaidero Italian cabinetry and quartz countertops with glass/stone backsplash. The extensive amenity floor includes a sunroom lounge with fireplace, deluxe media theater, fitness center with a private stretching studio, and an indoor Whirlpool spa with sauna and steam rooms.

Here’s what each broker spotlighted as their favorite part of Hubbard Places’ River North apartments:

Julie MarkowitzThe best part of Hubbard place are the large floor plans, awesome closets and great views. The building’s variety of floor plans probably offers the best one bedroom layout for couples.

Darrell ScottMy favorite part about Hubbard Place is the building’s dramatic views.  The western apartments appear to hover over the Chicago River based on it’s proximity to the water.  The view is an eclectic mix of kayakers, boaters, tourists on the Chicago Architecture tour, and other water activities.  East views capture the entire skyline which is even more stunning at night.

Sam KahnMy favorite part of Hubbard Place is the pool deck. Very rarely do you find grass and space around an outdoor pool here in Chicago. Other pools are in a cramped spot that doesn’t get hit with much sun. This pool deck is large, ton of room and has southeast exposure. Residents get the sun all day and the city views!

Elise KaufmannHubbard Place has a great location, where most residents can walk to work or easily catch the L or Metra over the river. It’s slightly tucked away from the hustle and bustle of River North, but just a short walk to some of the city’s best dining and entertainment options.

Axel CohenMy favorite part of Hubbard Place has to be their “Spa” on the amenity floor. After battling the cold all day, going down to the spa and enjoying the hot tub and dry sauna, sounds absolutely incredible.

Jill CaseyThe best part of Hubbard Place is the stunning views. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room that overlook the city is what separates this building from the rest.

Tristen HeimannArchitecturally, I love that every interior layout feels like a corner unit! The way that each unit has a panoramic sweeping bay window with a balcony really brings the epic views of the city within reach. Literally.

Tamara HirschThe spacious floor plans at Hubbard Place allow residents to have it all. They get a large kitchen peninsula and still have space for a dining table or desk, plus a true living room setting. From the studio to the two bedroom, each floor plan is thoughtfully designed and the space is used efficiently.
