DEAL 1: VESTA LOFTS, SOUTH LOOP APARTMENTS
Originally home to the Vesta Battery Company a century ago, this loft conversion has been named to the National Register of Historic Places. The 59-unit building currently has two apartments available for rent- a one bedroom priced at $1750 with parking, and a two bedroom priced at $2100.
