Today is the final day of 2015, so we are highlighting our most popular blog posts in the last 365 days. This year was an exciting time for Chicago residential real estate, with many new luxury apartment buildings opening. 2016 promises to be even bigger; more than 3400 new units will deliver throughout Chicago’s neighborhoods this year.

In September, six new developments were introduced to the South Loop neighborhood. The current proposals add up to over 5,000 new rental units by the end of 2018.
